Elisabeth Toomast
Managing Director
Toomast Recruitment was established by Elisabeth Toomast, a former Senior Manager at a FTSE 250 recruitment company. After finishing an undergraduate degree in Law at the London School of Economics, and a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at The School of Law at Queen Mary University of London, Elisabeth decided in favour of a career in sales over that of a city lawyer and started her recruitment career in a boutique graduate recruitment company in West London. Within 10 months she had been promoted twice in record time and was the top performer within the company.
Having built up her experience, Elisabeth was keen to recruit into an area that related back to her studies. With that in mind she joined a well known global recruitment company, with the task of growing and building out the Company Secretarial division. Elisabeth took her team to be one of the leading names in the market for company secretarial recruitment, regularly hosting seminars on hot topics in the industry, exhibiting at the ICSA Annual Conference, and working with a broad range of companies ranging from FTSE 100s to Start-Ups as well as Charities.
As a recruiter, Elisabeth is able to draw on her strength of experience, studies of corporate governance and industry expertise with each assignment she takes on.
Toomast Recruitment was established with one goal in mind; to take a specialised and personalised approach to recruitment.
