We want to get to know you. Toomast Recruitment offers a niche recruitment service to UK companies looking to recruit company secretarial professionals into their organisations. Meeting you in person is the most effective way to ascertain those facts. This way we can identify the best match for you when a vacancy arises.

Throughout the interview process we provide you with the candidates’ feedback but will also expect feedback from you on their CVs and interview outcomes – whether they have been successful or not. Finally we will help you manage your offer and post-offer process to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.

When we speak to potential candidates about your vacancy, we relay as much information as we can about you, your team and the role at hand – investing time and diligence to find the right fit for you. At the point of presenting a shortlists, we will have tailored it to match your requirements in regards to the combination of skills, personality, experience, qualification level and salary expectations. If we don’t think what you are looking for is obtainable in the market we will advise you to the reasons why and help you find a solution.

We like to keep in touch – even when you are not actively recruiting for a new team member. Our communication with you will not start and finish during a hiring process but continue throughout the year to give you insightful information on what is happening in the market.
